Niemeyer Center created by Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer locating in Aviles Spain was expected to make the city more energetic just like Bilbao's Guggenheim Museum but forced to closed after opened 8 months due to the funding problems of Spain.

The building itself is beautiful,and also embodies Oscar Niemeyer's aesthetic about architecture.Elegant spiral staircase,concise geographic exterior,daring color use and the highly purified space,all of this elements make the building carrying a special art flavor.

Hope it can be opened again soon.
